What should I do if there is a problem during the use of the product

There are Common Fault Treatment at the end of the Installation Guide. If there is no treatment to your problem, you could contact your sales representative, or contact us by website www.loctekmotion.com and email catherine@loctekmoion.com. Our customer service staff will respond you soon. (Note: It’s best to provide photos or videos so that our engineers can check and provide solutions.)
